The Holding Company in Grants (CPC) serves as a strategic arm of the RAC, contributing to the growth assumptions qualified and supported of the CCR. Built in 2008, aims to assess, in conjunction with the CCR, the new business opportunities, acting both in the primary market, compared to the bidding process, the secondary market and is responsible for direct administration of any new business. The first result of his performance came in 2008 with the acquisition of 40% ownership stake in Renovias, which runs 345.6 km highway between Campinas and southern Minas Gerais. In 2009, the CPC has acquired 45% of control, responsible for environmental inspection vehicle in the city of São Paulo, opening a new front of activity in the CCR Group. These achievements demonstrate the total commitment of the CPC in promoting the growth of the CCR, seeking projects aligned to the business of the Group, aiming to promote the socioeconomic development of regions where it operates.
