STP – Serviços e Tecnologia de Pagamento S.A. (a payment services and technology group) handles the Sem Parar, Via Fácil and Onda Livre automatic toll and parking payment systems, which are used by around 950,000 drivers. It was created in 2000 for the purpose of implementing electronic toll collection and assuring the integration of automatic payment systems at the national level.

In 2007, 260,000 new clients began to use the facilitated automatic toll payment service, which is responsible for 38% of the tolls paid at toll plazas in the States of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul, and Paraná and is found in 11 shopping centers, São Paulo’s Congonhas Airport, FAAP (Armando Álvares Penteado Foundation schools), and Rio’s Yellow Line avenue.

CCR holds 38.25% of the company’s capital.
